Assistant Engineer
As an Engineer lead the Electrical team & labor for the project of Distribution Line. i.e.( Main 3phase LT Cable Installation, Old Meter Replacement, LT Pole Installation, DB’s Installation & Bare Copper wire Dismantling).Plan the work & Assigned responsibilities of Supervisor & Labor in Installing equipment & material at sites.Responsible for Overseeing & Monitoring the work on site with Quality & Safety & complete on deadlines.Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties & other problems.Earthing of poles & PMT's.Conduct daily basis Health & Safety talk.Reporting & make consumption sheet of the electrical work to Manager on daily basis.
Electronics Engineer
Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of Yarn Dyeing & Winding machine i.e.( PEGG, LONGCLOSE, UGOLINI, SSM Hacoba, TK 2-20 & RF Dryer )
Control and maintain auxiliary equipment such as Pumps, RF Dryer, Hoist, heaters and fuel, lubricants.
Plant Operations take readings from charts, meters, and gauges at established intervals, and take corrective steps as necessary ( i.e. HT panel , LT panel , GENSET 1250 KVA Cummins)
Earth Testing of Plant, Machines & Depart i.e ETP, RO Plant, Compressor, Boiler.
Use Pneumatic, Electrical and Electronic testing devices to inspect and test instrument and system operation and diagnose faults.
Perform regular inspections of Yarn Dyeing & Winding machine to identify defects and replacements.
Repairing of Electronic SMD & DIP based PCB’s Power Supplies, Control card & PLC.
Using Schematic drawings, technical manuals and instructions for perform Electrical, Electronic & Pneumatic System Installation & modification.
Calibrate and preventive maintenance of machine and instruments according to manufacturer specifications.
Checking & testing electrical panel’s circuit breakers, relays, fuse & contactors replacing them where required.
Attending meeting about awareness of Health & Safety on daily basis .
Report completed and ongoing tasks to Technical Manager on daily basis.
Service Engineer
Installation & maintenance of HMI based HITACHI Ink jet Marking Printer in an Industrial environment.
Troubleshooting & Diagnose Multilayer ELECTRONICS SMD Based Controller Cards faults,PCB's repairing, PUMPS & SOLENOID Valves issues for repairing.
Inspection and ensure that the installed HITACHI Ink jet Marking Printer are working in proper condition.
Determine parts to be replaced and provide cost estimates to the client prior to starting any work.
Provide service facility below major clients.
